Hello Friends!
Running fuels my spirit! It is very liberating to put on shoes and socks and hit the road with the intention of conquering new goals I perhaps never thought I could conquer before. From a 100 meter run, I’ve been able to challenge myself to run a full marathon even when weighted down.
Each run is information about oneself and endurance, and everyone understands that size does not determine strength. I am here to tell my story and motivate all the people who have some problems with extra weight. If I could do that, so can you – confidence in action to help knock down obstacles and walk tall with pride for every step.
